StudioPrep is a browser-based post strategy tool designed for content creators.

Each purchase grants a license for one user account. Licenses are personal and may not be resold, sublicensed, or distributed without written permission from StudioPrep.

Access may be suspended or revoked in cases of misuse, refund issuance, or violation of these Terms.

StudioPrep software, workflows, and branding are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

StudioPrep does not guarantee uninterrupted service. StudioPrep is not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
