StudioPrep offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the original date of purchase.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 30 days and include the email address associated with your account.

Refunds are limited to one per customer. StudioPrep may decline refund requests in cases of abuse, repeated requests, license misuse, or Terms violations.

Upon refund approval, your license key and access to the Service will be revoked.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in permanent suspension of access and submission of evidence to the payment processor.
